Student / Student Guardian Visa
The Student Visa (subclass 500) allows international students to study full-time at an accredited educational institution in Australia. This visa enables students to stay in Australia for the duration of their course, with the possibility of including family members.
The Student Guardian Visa (subclass 590) allows a parent, custodian, or relative to stay in Australia as the guardian of an international student under 18 years of age studying on a student visa. This visa permits the guardian to provide care and support to the student during their stay in Australia. The guardian must be able to provide accommodation, general welfare, and financial support for themselves and the student.

The visa allows partners to live, work, and study in Australia while their permanent visa application is processed. Additionally, it provides access to Medicare and other benefits once granted.

Skilled Visa
