The Student Visa (subclass 500) allows international students to study full-time at an accredited educational institution in Australia. This visa enables students to stay in Australia for the duration of their course, with the possibility of including family members.

The Student Guardian Visa (subclass 590) allows a parent, custodian, or relative to stay in Australia as the guardian of an international student under 18 years of age studying on a student visa. This visa permits the guardian to provide care and support to the student during their stay in Australia. The guardian must be able to provide accommodation, general welfare, and financial support for themselves and the student.

Temporary Graduate Visa

The Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) allows international students who have recently graduated from an Australian educational institution to live, study, and work in Australia temporarily

Partner Visa

The Partner Visa allows the spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia. The visa allows partners to live, work, and study in Australia while their permanent visa application is processed. Additionally, it provides access to Medicare and other benefits once granted.

Other Family Visa

There are other family visas for which you may be eligible based on your relationship with an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen.

Skilled Visa

General Skilled Migration (GSM) visas are designed for skilled workers who want to live and work in Australia. These visas are points-based and assess applicants on factors such as age, education, work experience, and English proficiency. The main categories include the Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189), Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190), and Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (subclass 491).

Visa Cancellation and Refusal

Visa cancellation and refusal services assist individuals facing visa cancellation or refusal issues, providing professional guidance and representation to navigate complex immigration challenges effectively.

Resident Return Visa
